TERMS OF USE

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Conjuly ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

License Grant

Deschutech LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Conjuly for personal and professional purposes on macOS devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Subscription Terms

Conjuly offers in-app purchases including a monthly subscription and a lifetime purchase option:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment and do not renew.

Intellectual Property

Conjuly and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Deschutech LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App or its content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deschutech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
